Our (Short) Story
We are software developers with 33 years experience. In 2011 we were approached by a good friend who had been a street patrolman for five years. We volunteered our time and improved the way the patrol division operated at the street level by providing needed reference on their phone. They got the data and they got stuff done.
As the years passed, we did more and more work for the law enforcement agencies of Northern NV until it became a full-time gig. And we liked it.
We found the police folk of the world truly under provisioned for simple data technology and movement of information. We enjoyed great satisfaction in helping them and making a clear impact on our communities. It's the best.
Six years later, a happy ending. You can build trust. You can build custom technolgy for cops. It is not easy, but this is working.
Technology? Oh Boy.

John Molt is a developer with 33 years experience. For 15 years he worked in higher education starting as Senior Programmer and ending as one of the IT Directors.
Because of strong friendships with members of law enforcement, he transitioned to working full time as a Senior Architect and Solution Developer for several Northern Nevada Agencies. John has earned chief's coins and has service awards from City Councils and the State of Nevada for service excellence.
John has built a small network of like-minded, civic inspired trusted technologists of various skills to extend BCS's reach.
